These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between Ambivo Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our” or “the Company”) and the customer (“you” or “the Customer”) for the supply and installation of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Product Information & Representations
All descriptions of products, services, and their effects are those set out in our current brochures, website content, or other official literature.
No additional statements or representations shall be binding on the Company unless confirmed in writing and signed by a Director of Ambivo Ltd.
2. Specification & Design
The specification, materials, and arrangement of all products and installations shall be determined by the Company.
We continually improve our products and therefore reserve the right to vary the design and/or specification at any time without prior notice, provided this does not materially affect the agreed purpose of the product.
3. Delivery & Installation Dates
Any delivery or installation dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We shall not be liable for any delays or inconvenience caused. If we are unable to meet an estimated date, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement without liability.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss, damage, or expense arising from the product not being delivered or installed on time, or at all, for any reason.
5. Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving confirmation of your order.To cancel, you must notify us in writing by post or email, or by delivering written notice to:

If you cancel within the cancellation period, any monies paid will be refunded in full.
Cancellation Statement:
“I/We hereby give notice that I/We wish to cancel my/our order.”

6. Access to Property
You agree to provide reasonable access to the premises where the installation is to be carried out, including access for any necessary remedial work.
Ambivo Ltd does not provide warranty cover for water ingress or issues arising from internal wear and tear of the property structure.
7. Use of Services
You agree to allow free use of any necessary services (such as electricity or water) already available at the property for the purpose of carrying out the installation.
8. Payment
The balance of the contract price is due and payable upon completion of the installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Ownership of Materials
All materials and parts supplied shall remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received.
10. Effect of Sale
The sale and installation shall not take effect unless and until the full contract price has been paid to the Company.
11. Right to Withdraw
If the product is not approved at the point of sale, or if (before or after survey) the installation becomes impracticable, the Company reserves the right to withdraw from the contract at any time prior to delivery without liability.
12. Waiver
Any concession, latitude, or waiver granted by the Company shall not affect its right to enforce these Terms & Conditions strictly at any future time.
13. Furniture & Property
Our installers may assist with the relocation of large furniture items where reasonably possible. However, Ambivo Ltd accepts no liability for any damage to furniture or personal property under any circumstances.
